ErgoBrace — Posture Corrector

By the middle of the afternoon I always found myself hunched over my keyboard with my shoulders creeping up toward my ears. Wearing this for an hour or two each day trained me to notice when I was slumping and to correct it. It is not bulky and I can wear it while I work without it getting in the way. My upper back does not feel as knotted up anymore and I feel more aware of my posture even when I take it off.

I sit at a desk most of the day and my shoulders had a habit of rolling forward without me realizing it. Wearing this for a few hours in the afternoon gave me a gentle reminder to pull my shoulders back and open up my chest. After about two weeks I noticed I was sitting up straighter on my own even when I was not wearing it. It fits comfortably under a shirt and the straps are easy to adjust. My mid back feels a lot less tight at the end of the day.

Years of sitting at a desk left me rounding my shoulders forward and I hated how it looked in photos. I wear this for a few hours in the afternoon and it gently reminds me to pull my shoulders back without forcing anything. It is comfortable enough that I can keep it on while I work, and it hides under a shirt so no one notices. After about a week I started catching myself sitting up straight on my own.

I never realized how much I rounded my shoulders forward until I started wearing this. It does not force you into position, it just gives you a little resistance so you remember to pull your shoulders back. I wear it for a couple of hours while I work and the straps are easy to adjust so it does not dig in. Over a few weeks I have caught myself sitting up straighter on my own. My upper back feels less tense too.

The ErgoBrace gives me steady support while still letting me move naturally. The fit is comfortable and I can wear it for hours without irritation.
